    Dual nozzle

    What two nozzles can do

Each nozzle can print a different material. Combine rigid and flexible filaments, reserve one nozzle for supports or speed up multi-color printing.

    Multi-material

Flexible and rigid, low-cost and exotic materials in one print

Combine flexible and rigid materials in a single print to create interlocking structures beyond traditional manufacturing. Use premium engineering materials only where they are really needed.

Perfect supports with minimal waste and reloading

Reserve one nozzle for dedicated support material. Prints with supports become more reliable and the support interface comes out perfect.

    Fast and efficient multi-color printing

Two nozzles cut the number of purge cycles in multi-color prints. Smart algorithms optimize filament use, so you save both time and material.

    All in one

An all-in-one solution for personal manufacturing

Beyond 3D printing, H2D can handle laser engraving and cutting, digital cutting and pen drawing, so finished products come out of a single workshop.

The laser and cutting modules are not included. Upgrade H2D with the Laser Upgrade Kit and modules, sold separately.

    High-flow hotend

    Consistent printing at 600 mm/s

The purpose-built H2D high-flow hotend prints reliably at 600 mm/s. Flow is not restricted mid-print, so speed stays high regardless of model size or complexity.

    DynaSense extruder | PMSM servo

    Intelligent sensing for precise extrusion

The proprietary Bambu Lab PMSM servo architecture samples torque, resistance and position at 20 kHz and continuously adjusts the motor. Extrusion stays stable, and filament grinding and clogs are detected early.

    Frequently asked questions

Can H2D be upgraded to the laser version?

Yes, with the Laser Upgrade Kit. Its air pump is external and connects to the printer with an air tube. After the upgrade, H2D has the same functions and performance as H2D Laser Edition.

Are the left and right hotends the same?

Yes. They share the same structure and materials and are interchangeable.

How many AMS units can H2D use?

Up to 4 AMS 2 Pro and 8 AMS HT at the same time, a total of 12 units with 24 slots. With all AMS units on one nozzle and an external spool on the other, H2D can print up to 25 colors.

Is H2D compatible with the first-generation AMS?

Yes, the first-generation AMS works for multi-color printing out of the box but does not support filament drying. AMS lite is not compatible with H2D.

What are the two 4-pin ports on the back for?

They are reserved for future accessories. When upgrading to the laser version, the external air pump connects to one of them.

Can I use an A1 series hotend on H2D?

We do not recommend it. H2D hotends offer higher flow, a lower clogging risk, more precise left-right nozzle offset calibration and automatic type recognition. An H2D hotend can be used on A1 with the H2D silicone sock.

What is the difference between the 10 W and 40 W laser modules?

Both are blue lasers for wood, rubber, metal sheets, leather, dark acrylic and stone. The 10 W module cuts basswood plywood up to 5 mm and engraves at up to 400 mm/s; the 40 W module cuts up to 15 mm and engraves at up to 1000 mm/s.

Is a USB flash drive included?

No. Printing works without one thanks to the built-in storage. Without a USB drive, however, recording and time-lapse, starting prints over LAN, storing files on the printer from Bambu Studio and exporting logs are not available.

    Notes

    1. All H2D figures are based on Bambu Lab internal testing. Actual results may vary depending on the individual unit, usage and environment.
    2. 50 µm motion accuracy requires the Vision Encoder. It is included with H2D Pro and sold separately for the other configurations.
    3. The 350 × 320 × 325 mm volume is available when printing with both nozzles using identical filaments.
    4. High-flow hotends are optional accessories. The 600 mm/s print speed was achieved with Bambu PLA Matte filament.
    5. The BirdsEye camera, laser safety windows and air pump come with H2D Laser Edition; other H2D printers gain them with the Laser Upgrade Kit. Laser and cutting modules are sold separately.
    6. Material CodeSync only works with official Bambu Lab materials.
    7. Do not leave laser work unattended and keep flammable materials away from the machine. Developer mode cannot be enabled while using the laser and cutting functions.
    8. Featured models: MOCA Pro by @thrutheframe, AirPods Max Case by @设计发射塔, Tesla Model S Plaid by @Mr.Rod. Creator projects are shown for illustrative purposes only.

Smarter and Safer Experience Nozzle Camera Monitor extrusion at the tip of the nozzle H2D is equipped with an AI-supported nozzle camera and a macro lens. This intelligent monitoring system continuously tracks extrusion patterns and instantly detects material buildup, filament deviations, and extrusion failures.

AI Pre-flight Checklist Peace of mind with every print Before every operational cycle, the H2D visual system runs a comprehensive pre-flight checklist. 1. Chamber Integrity Scanning detects debris on the entire print surface. 2. Hardware Configuration Audit Instantly recognizes nozzle dimensions and print plate properties. 3. Digital-Physical Alignment Performs automatic consistency verification between detected hardware specifications and active slicer parameters.

SOTA Filament Monitoring 15 sensors on a single filament path Unlike older systems with single filament run-out detectors, H2D is equipped with comprehensive material flow monitoring. Along the entire path from the AMS to the nozzle, 15 strategic sensors form an intelligent network that continuously monitors five key parameters: feed rate, tension, filament tip location, extruder thermal environment, and dynamic extrusion pressure. This creates a cutting-edge filament behavior management system.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    1. Can H2D be upgraded to the laser version?

Yes, an upgrade kit with instructions is coming, planned for June. The built-in and external air systems differ in design.

    2. Are the left and right hotends the same?

Yes, they have the same design and materials and are mutually interchangeable.

    3. How many AMS units does H2D support?

Up to 4 AMS 2 Pro and 8 AMS HT – a total of 12 units with 24 slots. In extreme cases, up to 25 colors.

    4. Is H2D compatible with the first generation AMS?

Yes, fully compatible, but it does not support the filament drying function. It is not compatible with AMS lite.

    5. What are the 4-pin ports on the back for?

For future accessories, e.g., an external pump when upgrading to the laser version.

    6. Can a hotend from A1 be used on H2D or vice versa?

No, they are not fully compatible. H2D has better flow, lower risk of clogging, automatic type detection, etc. An H2D hotend can be used on an A1, but only with the silicone sock from H2D.

    7. Differences between 10W and 40W laser?

•Cutting (poplar plywood): 10W up to 5 mm, 40W up to 15 mm
