    Overview

BIQU Panda Juicer Hotend HFC is a High‑Flow hotend with an optimized core for higher flow and smoother extrusion. The integrated 0.4 mm hardened steel nozzle features a nano coating for lower friction and significantly higher wear resistance – ideal even for filled and abrasive filaments. Compatible with Bambu Lab H2D, A1 and A1 mini.

    Key Benefits

    • High‑Flow Core design for faster printing and consistent material flow.
    • Integrated 0.4 mm hardened steel nozzle with nano coating – longer lifespan, less buildup and smoother surface.
    • Drop‑in compatibility with Bambu Lab H2D, A1 and A1 mini; simple replacement for the original hotend.
    • Suitable for standard and abrasive materials (e.g., PLA, PETG, ABS, CF/GF blends – depending on printer profiles).

    Nano coating parameters (nozzle)

    • Layer thickness: 2–4 µm
    • Hardness: 2800 HV
    • Friction coefficient: ≤ 0.1
    • Salt spray resistance: 72 h
    • Coating temperature resistance: long-term –20 to 240 °C, short-term up to 320 °C
    • Note: "Processing temperature ~450 °C" refers to the coating application process, not the recommended operating print temperature. These properties bring higher anti‑adhesion, hardness and abrasion resistance.

    Compatibility

    • Bambu Lab H2D
    • Bambu Lab H2S
    • Bambu Lab P2S
    • Bambu Lab A1
    • Bambu Lab A1 mini
    • Filament diameter: 1.75 mm
    • Type: HFC‑H/A (variant for H2D/A1/A1 mini)

What is the difference between HFC / HF / SF?

    Variant Flow Nozzle Best Use
HFC‑H/A High‑Flow Integrated hardened steel with nano coating (0.4 mm) High speeds + long lifespan
HF‑H/A High‑Flow Integrated hardened steel (0.4 mm) Fast printing with durability
SF‑H/A Standard‑Flow Replaceable hardened steel Daily printing and easy maintenance
SF‑A Standard‑Flow Replaceable hardened steel Specifically for A1/A1 mini

    Tips for Use

    • Follow official Bambu Lab print profiles for the given material and printer model.
    • When printing filled and abrasive filaments, check for wear and plan hotend replacement in time.
    • For stable results, keep the nozzle clean; the nano coating reduces sticking but does not eliminate the need for maintenance.

    Key Features:

    • High‑Flow hotend for fast and smooth extrusion
    • Integrated 0.4 mm hardened steel nozzle with nano coating
    • Higher wear resistance and lower friction
    • Compatible with Bambu Lab H2D, A1 and A1 mini
    • Suitable even for abrasive materials (CF/GF)
    • Easy replacement – drop‑in replacement
