For parts exposed to higher temperatures or mechanical stress, PETG, ASA or PC blends are generally recommended – PLA is optimal mainly for visual and lightly stressed parts.

Printing Recommendations

• Nozzle temperature: approx. 210 °C (usually in the range of 200–220 °C depending on the printer and profile)
• Heatbed temperature: 40–60 °C
• Print surface: textured or smooth PEI sheet, or glass with glue / tape
• Cooling: 100 % part cooling fan (very important for sharp details and bridges)
• Enclosed chamber: not needed

For ideal results, we recommend using official Prusament PLA profiles in the slicer (e.g., PrusaSlicer), or adjusting an existing PLA profile to the recommended temperatures.
