Professional composite filament PETG+CF in gray color for functional and technical parts. PETG enriched with carbon fibers provides higher stiffness, strength, and dimensional stability than regular PETG, while remaining easy to print. The matte, slightly textured surface perfectly masks layers and gives prints a professional look. Ideal for prototypes, jigs, brackets, covers, and mechanically stressed components.
We process and ship orders immediately during the business day.
Gray composite PETG filament with carbon fibers for technical and functional parts. It combines the advantages of PETG (easy printing, toughness, less brittleness than PLA) with higher stiffness and dimensional stability thanks to the addition of carbon fibers.
Warning: carbon fibers are abrasive. For long-term printing, it is necessary to use a hardened steel, toughened or otherwise reinforced nozzle, not a standard brass one.
| Parameter | Recommended value* |
|---|---|
| Nozzle temperature | approx. 240–270 °C |
| Bed temperature | approx. 70–90 °C |
| Printing speed | medium (e.g., 40–80 mm/s) |
| Enclosed chamber | not required, but helps with larger parts |
| Cooling | low to medium depending on geometry |
* Specific settings may vary by printer, hotend, nozzle, and environmental conditions. We always recommend printing a small test model and fine-tuning the parameters.
Professional Lab PETG+CF Gray is a reliable technical filament for users who need a combination of:
A great choice for more advanced hobby users, small workshops, and semi-professional operations where it is necessary to print durable, functional parts with a high-quality surface.
