Nebula PETG V0 FR Black 1 kg is a technical filament based on PETG enriched with flame retardants. Thanks to this, it combines the classic properties of PETG – easy printing, high strength and durability – with significantly increased fire safety. The material is designed to meet the UL94 V0 flammability class*, which means that when ignited in a vertical position, it extinguishes quickly and does not spread the flame.

This filament is intended for functional and long-term stressed parts, especially where they may be exposed to elevated temperatures, electrical components or the risk of sparks. The black variant offers an elegant appearance, covers the internal structures of the print well and is suitable for covers, boxes, jigs, cable holders and switchboards.

Note: To achieve the required flammability properties, it is necessary to print within the recommended temperature range and on a well-tuned printer.

• Nozzle temperature: approx. 235–260 °C
• Bed temperature: approx. 70–90 °C
• Print speed: medium speeds, typically 30–70 mm/s
• Cooling: rather lower to medium (to avoid worse layer bonding), around 0–50 % depending on geometry
• Chamber: closed chamber is not necessary, but can improve the quality of larger prints
• Adhesion: use of a suitable adhesive layer (PEI, glue stick, adhesive spray) is recommended for secure print holding

It is recommended to dry the filament before printing to minimize stringing, bubbles and surface degradation.

* UL94 V0 is a laboratory test method for classifying the flammability of plastics. For printed parts, actual properties depend on print settings, geometry and infill density.
