Bambu PLA-CF is a PLA reinforced with carbon fibers, featuring improved stiffness and strength. PLA-CF is easy to print and suitable for beginners like regular PLA. It is AMS-compatible with a low risk of clogging during high-speed printing. Prints have a matte finish with nearly invisible layer lines, making it suitable for general engineering parts or models requiring a better appearance, such as bike frames, mounts, and toys.
The addition of carbon fibers gives prints a unique matte surface and effectively hides layer lines, providing a smooth, premium look.
Bambu PLA-CF can be paired with any filament from the PLA range to make your prints more colorful and achieve different texture requirements.
Bambu PLA-CF surpasses PLA Matte in flexural strength XY, flexural strength Z, flexural modulus XY, flexural modulus Z, impact strength XY, and impact strength Z by 20% and 115%, making it more suitable for printing models with higher strength requirements.
Bambu PLA-CF has low shrinkage and warping to achieve perfect dimensional accuracy and fit between printed parts.
Bambu PLA-CF is designed for support printing. Supports can be removed more easily compared to regular PLA while still maintaining a smooth support interface.

• Drying PLA-CF is optional, but it is recommended to dry before use. The recommended drying condition is 55 ℃ for 8 hours in a convection dryer or 75 ℃ for 12 hours on the printer’s heated chamber. For more details, please refer to the filament drying enclosure on the wiki.
