Bambu Lab PLA-CF in burgundy red (Burgundy Red) is a PLA filament reinforced with carbon fibers. It ensures increased stiffness and strength of prints. Printing is easy, comparable to standard PLA. It is compatible with the AMS system and minimizes the risk of nozzle clogging even at high-speed printing. Prints have a matte surface with minimally visible layers. Suitable for functional parts as well as models with aesthetic requirements. Enhanced mechanical properties and dimensional stability.
Bambu PLA-CF is a carbon fiber–reinforced PLA with improved stiffness and strength. PLA-CF is easy to print and suitable for beginners like regular PLA. It is AMS-compatible with a low risk of clogging during high-speed printing. Prints have a matte finish with nearly invisible layer lines, making it suitable for printing general engineering parts or models requiring a better appearance, such as bike frames, mounts, and toys.
The addition of carbon fibers gives prints a unique matte surface and effectively hides layer lines, providing a smooth, premium look.

Bambu PLA-CF can be paired with any filament in the PLA lineup to make your prints more colorful and achieve different texture requirements.

Bambu PLA-CF exceeds the mechanical properties of PLA Matte in XY flexural strength, Z flexural strength, XY flexural modulus, Z flexural modulus, XY impact strength, and Z impact strength by 20% and 115%, making it more suitable for printing models with higher strength requirements.

Bambu PLA-CF has low shrinkage and warping resistance to achieve perfect fit accuracy between printed parts.
Bambu PLA-CF is designed for support. It can be removed more easily compared to regular PLA while still maintaining a smooth support interface.

Bambu PLA-CF is as easy to print as regular PLA. It can be printed smoothly and consistently at high speed without clogging.

All printing parameters are embedded in RFID, which can be read through our AMS (Automatic Material System).
Load and print! No more tedious setup steps.

• Drying PLA-CF is optional, but it is recommended to dry before use. The recommended drying condition is 55 ℃ for 8 hours in a blast dryer or 75 ℃ for 12 hours on the printer’s heated chamber. For more details, see the filament drying enclosure on the wiki.
