Bambu PLA-CF is a PLA reinforced with carbon fibers, offering improved stiffness and strength. PLA-CF is easy to print and is suitable for beginners like standard PLA. It is compatible with AMS with a low risk of clogging during high-speed printing. Prints come with a matte finish and almost invisible layer lines, making them suitable for general engineering parts or models requiring a better appearance, such as bike frames, mounts, and toys.
The addition of carbon fibers gives prints a unique matte surface and effectively hides layer lines, providing a smooth, premium look.

Bambu PLA-CF can be paired with any filament from the PLA series to make your prints more colorful and to achieve different texture requirements.

Bambu PLA-CF surpasses the mechanical properties of PLA Matte in XY flexural strength, Z flexural strength, XY flexural modulus, Z flexural modulus, XY impact strength, and Z impact strength by 20% and 115%, making it more suitable for printing models with higher strength requirements.

Bambu PLA-CF has low shrinkage and warping to achieve perfect matching accuracy between printed parts.
Bambu PLA-CF is designed to be support-friendly. Supports can be removed more easily compared to regular PLA while still maintaining a smooth support interface.

Bambu PLA-CF is as easy to print as regular PLA. It can be printed smoothly and consistently at high speed without clogging.

All printing parameters are embedded in the RFID, which can be read through our AMS (Automatic Material System).
Load and print! No more tedious setup steps.

• Drying PLA-CF is optional, but it is recommended to dry before use. The recommended drying condition is 55 ℃ for 8 hours in a drying oven or 75 ℃ for 12 hours on the printer’s heated chamber. See the filament drying enclosure on the wiki for more details.
