Values may vary slightly depending on the specific printer, nozzle, and part geometry. We always recommend fine-tuning according to your conditions.

• Recommended nozzle type: hardened / reinforced steel (abrasive material)
• Not recommended: 0.2 mm nozzle, standard stainless steel nozzle
• Recommended nozzle diameter: 0.4–0.6 mm (0.6 mm preferred for longer life and flow stability)

Print Temperatures (orientational):

• Nozzle temperature: approx. 260–290 °C
• Bed temperature: approx. 80–100 °C
• Max. recommended print speed: up to around 120–130 mm/s (depending on detail and specific printer)

Other Recommendations:

• printing in a closed print chamber significantly improves print stability
• use calibrated first layer pressure and a suitable adhesive (glue, spray, special surface)
• store the filament dry and dry before printing if necessary
