The ELEGOO OrangeStorm Giga Heated Bed Plate Assembly #2 is a complete replacement assembly for one of the four independently heated sections of the print surface of the ELEGOO OrangeStorm Giga printer. Variant #2 uses specific power cable lengths, so it is important to verify the designation of the original part before ordering.

The assembly is supplied pre-assembled and includes a PEI print plate, magnetic bed, heating element, thermal insulation and thermistor. It is a practical solution in the event of damage to the print surface, a heating fault or inaccurate temperature measurement.

Important notice regarding variant #2

The OrangeStorm Giga uses four heated bed variants marked #0 to #3. The individual variants differ in cable length. For assembly #2, the approximate length of the red and black power wires is 990 mm, and the length of the white thermistor wire is 850 mm.

Before purchasing, compare the cable designations and lengths with the original part. The variants cannot be selected based on appearance alone. Always perform installation with the printer switched off and disconnected from the mains.

Compatibility

This replacement part is intended exclusively for the FDM 3D printer ELEGOO OrangeStorm Giga (TL4982). One assembly corresponds to one section of the four-part print platform, measuring approximately 410 × 410 mm.
