How Prusament Refill works

Prusament Refill is wound on a cardboard core and is intended to be moved to an original detachable Prusament spool:

1. After using up the original filament, disassemble the plastic sides of the original spool.
2. Place them onto the refill wound on the cardboard core and snap them together according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3. The NFC tag (OpenPrintTag) located in the original spool can be used repeatedly and data can be written to it using a compatible application.

This system allows for safe packaging and transport of refills (minimizing tangling) while ensuring quick and convenient replacement of the filling without the need to keep buying new plastic spools.
