Do you want decorations, a figurine, or a cover to avoid looking like an ordinary smooth PLA print? ERYONE Wood PLA in the Clay variant combines PLA with finely ground wood powder. The print has a matte surface and a texture reminiscent of natural wood.

What to expect from the filament

• Wood-like appearance. The wood powder additive creates a natural grain and a matte surface.
• Clay variant. This is the clay shade in the ERYONE Wood PLA product line.
• Wide range of uses. The manufacturer lists the filament for decorations, toys, figurines, covers, and everyday accessories.
• 1kg spool. The filament has a diameter of 1,75 mm with a tolerance of +/- 0,03 mm.

Recommended printing settings

The manufacturer lists the following as starting values:

• nozzle temperature 190-220 °C,
• build plate temperature 55-70 °C,
• print speed 30-60 mm/s.

Practical note on the nozzle

Wood powder and fibers can wear down softer nozzles, such as brass ones, during prolonged use. ERYONE therefore recommends a nozzle made of a harder material. The manufacturer also warns that at temperatures above 225 °C, the material may carbonize and clog the nozzle.
