Creality Sermoon X1
34+7+1 blue laser lines and infrared light, volumetric accuracy 0.02 mm + 0.04 mm/m, up to 90 fps and wireless transmission via Wi-Fi 6.
Industrial precision
Sermoon X1 is built for production metrology, quality control and reverse engineering. Results stay repeatable throughout long sessions.
Volumetric accuracy
The included scale bars improve volumetric accuracy to 0.02 mm + 0.03 mm/m, meeting demanding requirements for non-destructive inspection.
Built-in photogrammetry
Scale bars let the scanner automatically correct dimensions during reconstruction. Ideal for large parts where every tenth of a millimeter matters.
34+7+1 blue laser lines + NIR
Switch light sources to suit the size, shape and material of the object.
Quickly scan the shape and dimensions of large parts.
Quickly capture fine details and complex structures.
Measuring deep holes and hard-to-reach places.
Marker-free scanning over a wide field of view for medium and large objects.
One laser line
Single-line mode captures holes with a depth-to-diameter ratio of up to 6:1 and other hard-to-reach places.
One line reaches the bottom of the deep hole.
Complete geometry including internal surfaces.
Up to 90 fps
A powerful chip and new algorithms speed up data collection. Parallel and single line reach up to 90 fps, crossed lines up to 70 fps.
Scan large assemblies in a fraction of the time.
Turbine blades even at high speed.
Smooth data collection even for complex shapes.
Large field of view
Optimized algorithms widen the scanner's field of view, so you can scan large workpieces faster and with fewer markers.
The scanner can handle bright sunlight and dark and shiny surfaces.
One and 7 lines up to 50,000 lux, 34 crossed lines up to 100,000 lux.
You can scan dark and shiny objects without matting spray.
Solid construction
The optics and lens mount is CNC-milled from a single piece of metal. A mechanical lock prevents loosening and movement, keeping every scan accurate.
Stable performance
AI-controlled temperature compensation and efficient cooling maintain stable results even during long sessions.
Wi-Fi 6
Sermoon X1 transfers data quickly and reliably over Wi-Fi 6. You move freely around large objects.
5000 mAh battery
The battery in the handle lasts more than 4 hours. It charges via USB-C and the indicator shows the status.
Color scanning
The Qualcomm image processor, the RGB color camera with a resolution of 2 MP and illumination capture richer and more realistic textures.
Ergonomic shape, safety wrist strap and compact travel case.
Sharp lines that match the performance of the scanner.
Comfortable hold and safety strap even for long scans.
Store and transport the scanner, scale bars and accessories safely.
CrealityScan 4.0
Faster processing, smart model corrections and export to QuickSurface or Geomagic Design X programs.
GPU acceleration enables real-time scanning at up to 90 fps and twice as efficient laser-line merging.
AI model repair, including hairstyle changes, creates print-ready avatars.
Versatile use
Switch modes to scan parts of different materials, shapes and sizes for automotive work, manufacturing, reverse engineering and art.

The scale bars have a precisely known length. The scanner uses them to correct dimensions during reconstruction, improving accuracy for large objects.
The 5000 mAh battery in the handle provides more than 4 hours of scanning and charges via USB-C.
In most cases, no. Blue lasers can handle black and metal surfaces without matting spray.
Scan with CrealityScan 4.0 for Windows and macOS, then export data to reverse engineering and inspection software such as QuickSurface or Geomagic Design X.
Creality Sermoon X1 is a compact, precise, and fast handheld 3D scanner developed for professional use in reverse engineering, quality inspection, manufacturing, and design. The hybrid scanning system combines 1/7/34 blue laser lines with structured NIR light, so it can handle small parts as well as large objects – often without spray and without markers. Maximum accuracy reaches up to 0,02 mm and scanning is carried out at speeds of up to 90 FPS.
Sermoon X1 weighs only 530 g and measures 216 × 74 × 51 mm, so it is comfortable to hold and easy to carry in the included protective case. Laser Class II, a safety strap, and a robust unibody frame ensure safe and stable operation.
Note: Maximum FOV and speed/resolution vary depending on the selected mode (1/7/34 laser lines vs. NIR). For scanning in outdoor conditions, follow the recommended illumination levels.
