Printing recommendations

• Drying before printing – TPU is highly hygroscopic, so it is necessary to dry the filament before printing (e.g., 55–60 °C for several hours) and ideally store it in a dry box.
• Lower printing speed – for consistent extrusion of flexible filaments, lower speeds compared to PLA/PETG are recommended.
• AMS/AMS Lite compatibility – Bambu TPU 90A is not officially compatible with AMS/AMS Lite feeders, direct feeding into the printer is recommended.
• Bed adhesion – use a suitable Bambu Lab print profile for TPU 90A and the recommended bed type (e.g., textured PEI), or an adhesive agent for better adhesion of the first layers.
