    Are your filaments and printing materials genuine?

    Yes. We source filaments directly from authorized manufacturers – Aurapol, Filament PM, Bambu Lab, Creality, Elegoo and others.

    Do you offer warranty servicing?

    Yes. For most brands we sell we are an authorized service partner and handle warranty repairs directly in the Czech Republic. For other brands the warranty is processed through the distributor.
