Two print surfaces in one plate

The Weprinty print plate for Bambu Lab H2D offers two different working sides. The textured PEI surface is designed for reliable everyday printing and creates an even matte texture on the bottom of the model. The smooth PEY side transfers a decorative light effect to the first layer, which stands out especially on designer models, boxes, signs, and gifts.

Textured PEI side

The PEI surface provides good first-layer adhesion when heated. After printing is complete and the plate has cooled, the model can usually be released easily by gently flexing the flexible plate.

Decorative PEY side

The PEY surface gives the bottom of the model a glossy decorative pattern without the need for additional post-processing. It achieves the best results with PLA material and a perfectly clean first layer.

Spring steel for quick replacement

The spring steel core stays attached to the printer's magnetic bed and allows easy handling. After cooling, simply remove the plate and gently flex it. The model is released without prolonged prying and with a lower risk of damaging the print.

Usage recommendations

• Before printing, check that the correct print plate type and corresponding bed temperature are selected.
• Use the PEI side with the profile for a textured PEI plate.
• For the PEY side, you can use a smooth PEI or high-temperature plate profile and adjust the settings to suit the filament used.
• Regularly wash the print surface with warm water and standard dishwashing detergent.
• Do not touch the active surface with your fingers – grease significantly reduces adhesion.
• For materials with very strong adhesion, use a suitable release layer.
• Remove the print only after cooling, and do not use a metal spatula or abrasive cleaning agents on the PEY side.
