SUNLU FilaDryer E2 is an advanced 2-in-1 unit that combines drying and annealing of filaments as well as finished prints. Designed for demanding users working with engineering materials such as PA, PC, ABS, ASA, or carbon- and glass-fiber composites.
Temperature range: 35–110 °C – ideal for drying and annealing engineering filaments.
Capacity: Up to 2× 1 kg or 2× 2 kg spools, or 1× 3 kg spool.
Compatibility: Filaments with diameters of 1.75 mm, 2.85 mm, and 3.0 mm.
Internal dimensions: 372 × 192 × 255 mm – accommodates spools up to 250 mm in diameter and 153 mm in height.
Touchscreen: 95 × 55 mm, backlit, with preset profiles for various materials.
Safety: Double insulation, automatic shutdown in case of overheating, external temperature does not exceed 60 °C.

Thanks to the high maximum temperature of 110 °C, the FilaDryer E2 enables annealing of prints made from materials such as PA6-CF, PA12, PC-ABS, ABS, or ASA. This process increases mechanical strength, impact resistance, and thermal stability of parts. Annealing takes place evenly in a closed chamber, minimizing warping and cracking.
