The Revo High Flow nozzle from E3D represents a significant advancement in high-flow 3D printing. Thanks to the cleverly optimized internal geometry, it can increase volumetric material flow by up to 50% compared to standard nozzles, while maintaining the same external dimensions.

Innovative design

The nozzle’s internal structure features 4 channels instead of one, which significantly increases the contact area between the molten filament and the heated section of the nozzle. This enables more efficient heat transfer and faster material melting. The special shape of the internal geometry also optimizes material flow and reduces extrusion resistance.

Wide range of sizes

Revo High Flow nozzles are available in sizes from 0.4 mm to 1.4 mm, covering a wide range of needs from detailed printing to rapid production of large objects. Each size is color-differentiated with a silicone cap for easy identification.
