Prof. Lab Resin Standard Green – universal green resin for detailed 3D printing
Prof. Lab Resin Standard Green is a standard photopolymer resin designed for desktop LCD/MSLA 3D printers with UV LEDs at a wavelength of 405 nm. It offers a great price-to-performance ratio – fine details, a smooth surface, and reliable printing without complex tuning.
The green shade is very popular for figurines, technical models, and presentation prototypes where clearly legible details and a clear surface coloring are needed.
Key advantages
Universal standard resin – suitable for most common applications, from prototypes to decorative models.
Compatible with 405nm LCD/MSLA printers – works with popular brands such as Anycubic, Creality, Elegoo, Phrozen, etc.
Very good detail resolution – sharp edges, legible engravings, and fine structures.
Smooth surface after printing – minimizes the need for complex sanding or filling.
Good combination of strength and hardness – ideal for presentation and lightly functional parts.
Relatively low odor compared to low-quality cheap resins.
Consistent batch quality – stable viscosity and printing behavior.
Typical use
Figurines and models (board games, collectible figures, miniatures)
Design prototypes and presentation models
Technical and construction parts for shape and assembly verification
Decorations and small accessories with high visual requirements
Recommended print settings
Specific values may vary slightly depending on the printer and layer thickness. We always recommend printing a calibration test model.
UV wavelength: 405 nm
Layer thickness: 0,025–0,05 mm (recommended 0,05 mm for normal printing)
First layer exposure time: approx. 25–40 s
Normal layer exposure time: approx. 2–3 s
Ambient printing temperature: 20–28 °C
Post-processing (finishing prints)
Washing the model
Immediately after printing, rinse the model in isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or technical alcohol.
The use of an ultrasonic cleaner or resin washer is recommended for uniform cleaning.
Support removal
Remove supports after pre-washing while the resin is still slightly flexible.
Additional curing (UV curing)
Expose the model to UV light for 5–15 minutes (UV chamber / UV lamp / direct sunlight) until the surface is fully cured.
Safety and handling
Always use gloves and a well-ventilated environment when working.
Do not pour unprocessed resin or waste alcohol down the drain; dispose of it as hazardous waste according to local regulations.
