Original replacement hotend for QIDI Plus5

QIDI Plus5 complete hotend is an original replacement module designed exclusively for the QIDI Plus5 3D printer. It is a precise replacement for the original part and enables you to quickly restore reliable extrusion in the event of wear, damage, or clogging of the existing hotend.

The hotend uses ceramic heating and a 0.4 mm bimetal nozzle. It reaches an operating temperature of up to 370 °C and supports a material flow rate of up to 40 mm³/s. It is therefore suitable not only for PLA or PETG, but also for high-temperature and composite filaments used in the production of functional parts.

High temperature and smooth extrusion

The optimized design ensures rapid heating, stable heat transfer, and uniform filament melting. As a result, the printer maintains reliable performance even at high speeds and when processing technical materials.

The hotend is suitable, for example, for:

• PLA and PETG,
• ABS and ASA,
• TPU,
• PA and PC,
• technical and high-temperature filaments,
• filaments reinforced with carbon or glass fibers.

Precise compatibility

The module is designed as a direct replacement for QIDI Plus5. The original design ensures the correct dimensions, nozzle position, and compatibility with the printer's printhead and control system.

The hotend is intended only for QIDI Plus5 and is not compatible with other QIDI models. During installation, the hotend cable clip must point outward.

Easy replacement and minimal downtime

The complete assembled module simplifies printer maintenance and reduces the time during which you cannot print. After installation, we recommend calibrating the print bed and verifying the correct material flow.

Operating recommendations

• Before replacement, switch off the printer and allow the hotend to cool down completely.
• For a single hotend, it is advisable to use a similar type of material over the long term.
• Frequent switching between filaments with significantly different printing temperatures may increase the risk of clogging.
• Thoroughly dry technical and composite filaments before printing.
