    Detailed description

The high-temperature print head is specifically designed for the Prusa Pro HT90 3D printer and enables printing of the most demanding technical and industrial materials. Thanks to a maximum nozzle temperature of 500 °C, it easily handles materials such as PEEK, PEKK, PEI (Ultem), PSU, PPA, or PPS.

    Advanced nozzle design

The print head is equipped with a highly durable E3D Revo nozzle with a 0.6 mm diameter. The nozzle is made of copper with a hardened steel tip and a chromium nitride coating for maximum wear resistance, even when printing abrasive materials. Nozzle replacement is easy — it can be screwed in and out by hand without tools.

    Innovative cooling system

The print head includes a manually adjustable flap to regulate the flow of cooling air. This allows precise control of part cooling and optimal results even on challenging overhangs. Before printing starts, the printer displays a recommended flap setting based on the loaded G-code.

    Easy installation and maintenance

The entire print head is attached to the printer arms using magnets and a connector, allowing very quick swaps. Maintenance is simple — for cleaning, we recommend a cleaning filament, the hot or cold pull method, and a brass brush on the exterior of the nozzle.

    Compatibility with advanced materials

The high-temperature print head opens up printing with the most advanced industrial materials:

    • PEEK and PEKK: High-performance thermoplastics for aerospace and automotive
    • PEI (Ultem): Aerospace-certified material with excellent thermal and chemical resistance
    • PSU, PPA, PPS: Engineering plastics for demanding industrial applications

This print head makes the Prusa Pro HT90 the most accessible 3D printer for high-end industrial materials on the market.
