    CORE One L Satin print sheet is a double-sided spring steel sheet with a powder-coated satin surface for Prusa CORE One L 3D printers. It offers an ideal compromise between smooth and textured surfaces – excellent adhesion for PLA and PETG, wide compatibility with advanced materials (ABS, ASA, PC Blend, Flex, etc.) and easy maintenance. Thanks to its finely matte structure, it leaves an elegant satin surface on the bottom of the print without the need to use glue for PETG.

    CORE One L Satin print sheet

    The satin print sheet for Prusa CORE One L extends the surface finish options of your prints. Thanks to the finely powder-coated satin surface, it offers an excellent balance between adhesion and easy print removal and is an ideal choice for everyday PLA and PETG printing.

    Main advantages of the satin sheet

    • Ideal for PLA and PETG – excellent adhesion during printing and easy removal after cooling
    • Finely textured (satin) surface – the final appearance is between a smooth and a heavily textured sheet
    • No glue for PETG – no need to use adhesives or release agents for standard PETG profiles
    • Wide material compatibility – also suitable for ABS, ASA, PC Blend, polycarbonate, FlexFill 98A and other technical filaments
    • Double-sided spring steel sheet – long service life, quick sheet replacement and easy cleaning
    • Excellent adhesion and simple maintenance – regular degreasing (e.g. IPA) is sufficient, without complicated care

    Recommendations for use

    • Printing with PLA and PETG – the satin sheet is optimized for these materials, providing a reliable first layer and a very nice surface on the bottom of the model.
    • Advanced materials (ASA, ABS, PC Blend, PC) – for these materials it is recommended to use a brim or an increased skirt around the model to increase adhesion and minimize warping.
    • Removing the print – after the sheet has cooled down, gently flex it to release the model.

    Warning: Do not use a sharp metal tool (spatula, etc.) to remove prints, as this could cause irreversible damage to the surface.

    Maintenance and cleaning

    • For regular cleaning, use isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and a soft cloth or paper towel.
    • Avoid using acetone – it causes rapid degradation of the satin surface and can ruin the sheet.
    • Do not leave the sheet permanently contaminated with grease (fingerprints), as this reduces first layer adhesion.

    Compatibility

    • Compatible: Prusa CORE One L 3D printer (CORE One CoreXY platform in size L)
    • Not compatible: other Prusa printers (MK4, MK3/S/+, MK2.5/S, MINI/+, SL1/S, XL, various enclosure variants, etc.) – this sheet is designed specifically for the dimensions and mounting of CORE One L.
