PrintPad - Powder-coated PEI Brown DQ2 is a high-quality print sheet specifically designed for TriLab DeltiQ 2 and DeltiQ 2 Plus 3D printers. It is a double-sided steel sheet with a powder-coated PEI surface that provides excellent adhesion for a wide range of printing materials.

The powder-coated PEI surface ensures great first-layer adhesion, which is crucial for successful 3D printing. It also allows easy removal of finished prints once the bed has cooled down. The surface is highly scratch-resistant and has a long service life.

The sheet is suitable for materials such as PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, and others. Thanks to the double-sided design, you can flip the sheet and use both sides. The 36 x 28 cm dimensions are optimized for the build area of DeltiQ 2 printers.

Recommended use:

• PLA: bed temperature 50-60°C
• PETG: bed temperature 70-80°C
• ABS/ASA: bed temperature 100-110°C

For maximum longevity, we recommend regularly cleaning the sheet with isopropyl alcohol and removing prints only after the bed has cooled. The powder-coated PEI surface does not require the use of glues or other adhesion aids.
