    NYLON general properties:

    1. High strength: Nylon filament has excellent strength and wear resistance, making it suitable for producing industrial parts such as bearings, screws, and gears.
    2. Low shrinkage: Nylon filament has low processing shrinkage, meaning that printed parts remain almost the same dimension after cooling.
    3. High chemical resistance: Nylon filament is resistant to many chemicals, such as lubricants and oils, making it suitable for producing parts that will be exposed to chemical environments.
    4. Low hygroscopicity: Nylon filament has low hygroscopicity, meaning it does not absorb moisture, which is important for some applications.
    5. High electrical insulation: Nylon filament has high electrical insulation, meaning it can be used as an insulating material in electrical and electronic devices.
    6. Excellent thermal resistance: Nylon filament has high thermal resistance, meaning it can be used at high temperatures without damage.
    7. High elasticity: Nylon filament has high elasticity, meaning that printed parts can be flexible in thin layers.

Polyamide PA12 in natural color (ivory), also known as NYLON, has high hardness, elasticity in thin layers, and features excellent layer bonding and low processing shrinkage for a material from the polyamide family.

Polyamide PA12, also known as NYLON, is a structural material ideal for applications in the automotive, electrical, and electronic industries, as well as in sports. NYLON from Print-ME is primarily characterized by excellent layer bonding and processing shrinkage below 1.5%. It is an ideal material for producing industrial parts such as bearings, screws, and gears because it has high wear resistance and high impact strength. It has insulating properties and chemical resistance to lubricants and oils. Additionally, it has the lowest hygroscopicity of all available polyamides.

    Recommended settings for printing Nylon:

The operating temperature of finished elements can reach from 130-150 °C. Printed thin layers have elastic properties. A necessary condition is the use of a heated bed, heated to approximately 120 °C, and a closed chamber with good room ventilation, as harmful caprolactam is released during printing. Polyamide is available in natural ivory color. The recommended printing temperature is 230-280 °C.
