Nebula PETG CF10 Black 0,8 kg

Nebula PETG CF10 is a composite PETG filament reinforced with 10% carbon fiber, designed for reliable printing of strong and dimensionally stable parts. It combines the ease of printing of classic PETG with significantly higher stiffness, better thermal resistance, and an exclusive matte finish.

    Main advantages of the material

    • 10 % carbon fiber (CF10) – noticeably higher stiffness and strength compared to regular PETG
    • Excellent dimensional stability – low warping, suitable even for open FDM printers
    • Increased thermal resistance – suitable for functional parts in more demanding environments
    • High impact toughness – parts are less brittle, suitable for mechanically stressed components
    • Matte black surface – technical look, masks layers and small imperfections well
    • Good chemical resistance – resistance to lubricants, oils, and common chemicals

    Typical use

Nebula PETG CF10 is an ideal choice for:

    • functional prototypes and mechanical components
    • holders, grips, fixtures, workshop tools
    • parts in automotive and engineering environments
    • technical covers, brackets, arms, adapters
    • parts requiring a combination of stiffness, toughness, and better thermal resistance

    Recommended print settings

Specific settings may vary depending on the printer, nozzle, and cooling. Take these as baseline values.

    • Nozzle temperature: approx. 245–265 °C (recommended to use a hardened / tempered nozzle due to CF abrasiveness)
    • Bed temperature: approx. 70–85 °C
    • Print speed: approx. 30–70 mm/s depending on the part type
    • Cooling: 0–50 % (lower for functional parts, higher for detail and surface)
    • Print bed: textured PEI, glass with suitable adhesive, or other surface for PETG/CF

    Printing recommendations

    • Carbon fibers are abrasive – use a hardened, tempered steel, or ruby nozzle to prevent rapid wear of a brass nozzle.
    • Print the filament well-dried (PETG generally absorbs moisture, CF filler does not change this).
    • For large parts, we recommend printing the first layers slower and with higher pressure for reliable adhesion.

    Color version and packaging

    • Color: Black with a matte carbon look
    • Net weight: 0,8 kg
    • Format: wound on a spool for common FDM/FFF printers

Who is Nebula PETG CF10 suitable for

This filament will be especially appreciated by more advanced users and professionals who need:

    • parts with higher stiffness and strength than classic PETG
    • material with significantly better aesthetic surface quality (matte carbon texture)
    • reliable technical filament for everyday use in the workshop or small-scale production.

Nebula PETG CF10 Black 0,8 kg is a great choice everywhere where regular PETG or PLA is no longer enough – whether it's production parts, workshop accessories, or elegant technical components with a professional look.

    Key features:

    • Composite PETG filament with approx. 10 % carbon fiber (CF10) for higher stiffness and strength
    • Matte black technical surface that masks layers very well
    • Good dimensional stability and low warping, suitable even for open FDM printers
    • Increased thermal and chemical resistance compared to regular PETG
    • High impact toughness – suitable for mechanically stressed functional parts
    • Suitable for printing holders, fixtures, covers, workshop parts, and industrial use
    • Abrasive composition – use of a hardened or tempered steel nozzle is recommended
