    Overview

    Hello3D Flexible TPU 0.8 kg – Rainbow A is a high-quality flexible filament based on thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) with an attractive rainbow appearance. Thanks to its Shore hardness of 95A, it is suitable for flexible functional parts as well as aesthetic models.
    Note: The designation "Rainbow A" is used by Hello3D for the rainbow color version; the resulting color transition may vary depending on the length of the model and the part of the winding.

    • Flexible and durable material for cases, grips, damping elements or hinges.

    Recommended print settings

    • Nozzle temperature: 190–225 °C
    • Bed temperature: 0–60 °C
    • Printing speed: ~25 ± 10 mm/s (for TPU: preferably slower)
    • Nozzle: ≥ 0.4 mm
    • Extruder: ideally direct drive; Bowden print slower and with minimal retraction. These parameters are based on the manufacturer's recommendations Hello3D for TPU (0.8 kg) and common practices when printing TPU.

    Tips for perfect prints

    • TPU is hygroscopic – dry before printing (e.g., in a filament dryer).
    • Limit retractions and travel across gaps, increase flow for flexible details.
    • For more pronounced color transitions, choose larger models or "vase mode".
