Gem dragons were a type of dragons with crystalline scales. They were very reserved toward all other creatures, solitary and self-centered. They spent most of their time inside deep underground caves covered with various kinds of gemstones, which provided the dragons with perfect camouflage. Gem dragons are known for their ability to manipulate crystals and minerals, allowing them to create magical effects such as protective barriers, healing, and dazzling light displays. This species had glossy scales reminiscent of crystal colors and was endowed with abilities that reflected their magical power.

The body of this dragon is composed of gemstones along its entire length.
