ERYONE PA12-GF is a black technical filament made of PA12 nylon reinforced with 20% glass fibers. The reinforcement provides prints with rigidity, mechanical strength, wear resistance, and dimensional stability. The material is therefore suitable for mechanical components, assembly fixtures, and other highly stressed functional parts.

Why choose PA12-GF

• For functional parts: the material is intended for applications where rigidity, strength, and wear resistance are decisive.
• 20% glass fibers: the reinforcement limits deformation and helps maintain the dimensional stability of the print.
• PA12 base: according to the technical data sheet, it has lower moisture absorption and better low-temperature properties than PA6-GF.
• Precise diameter: the filament has a diameter of 1,75 mm with a tolerance of ±0,03 mm.

Recommended printing settings

As starting values for PA12-GF, the manufacturer specifies:

• nozzle temperature 260-290 °C,
• build plate temperature 100-120 °C,
• printing speed 30-100 mm/s,
• printing in an enclosed printer,
• drying at 80-85 °C for 8 hours.

The glass reinforcement is abrasive, so use a hardened steel nozzle. Before purchasing, make sure that your printer can handle the specified build plate and hotend temperatures.
