ELEGOO Standard Resin 8K Space Grey is a UV-curable photopolymer resin optimized for printing fine details on LCD/MSLA and DLP 3D printers. High-quality pigments and photoinitiators help accurately reproduce small structures, sharp edges, and smooth surfaces.
The Space Grey color highlights the model's geometry and facilitates visual inspection of details. The resin is suitable for miniatures, figurines, busts, collectible models, decorations, precise prototypes, and other projects where surface quality is important.
The low volumetric shrinkage formulation supports dimensional accuracy during curing. The result is clean detail, more precise dimensions, and a lower risk of model deformation.
Low viscosity allows the resin to quickly flow beneath the model between individual layers. This contributes to stable printing, easier layer separation from the release film, and efficient reproduction of fine elements.
The resin cures with UV light at a wavelength of 405 nm and is compatible with most common LCD/MSLA and DLP resin 3D printers. Shake the bottle thoroughly before use and process the resin at a stable room temperature. Set exposure times according to the specific printer, layer height, and ambient conditions. This is standard resin, not a water-washable variant, so clean the prints with a suitable product intended for standard photopolymer resins. After washing, fully cure the model with UV light.
Use uncured resin in a well-ventilated area, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and wear suitable protective gloves. Do not pour liquid resin or contaminated cleaning liquid into drains or sewage systems.
