Restore reliable operation of your large-format 3D printer with the original ELEGOO OrangeStorm Giga print head. The complete assembly combines the extruder, hotend, nozzle, cooling fans, electronics, and protective cover, so you do not need to select individual components separately.
The print head is suitable as a direct replacement for a damaged or worn part. It can also be used when expanding the printer with additional print heads. OrangeStorm Giga supports up to four print heads; a suitable mounting plate, sold separately, is required for a multi-head configuration.
The integrated direct drive extruder ensures stable filament feeding and reduces the delay between the movement of the feeding mechanism and material extrusion. The standard 0,6 mm diameter nozzle is optimized for fast large-format printing and high material flow.
A pair of model cooling fans helps cool the deposited layers quickly. The result is cleaner edges, more stable overhangs, and more consistent quality during long printing jobs.
The original design preserves the correct mounting points and electrical connection for the OrangeStorm Giga printer. Replacement therefore requires no soldering or structural modifications. After installation, we recommend checking the connections, setting the nozzle height, and calibrating the print bed.
The print head is intended exclusively for the ELEGOO OrangeStorm Giga 3D printer. When installing it as an additional print head, a compatible mounting plate for two or four print heads is required.
