1. Heated bed: Neptune 4 has a single 250W heated bed that quickly heats up to 110 °C. In contrast, Neptune 4 Pro is equipped with an intelligent segmented heatbed with a total power of 250W divided into two parts – the central area (100W) and the peripheral zone (150W), which can be controlled independently for more precise temperature control.
2. Construction and design: At first glance both printers look similar, but the Neptune 4 Pro features several upgrades, such as metal guide rollers (instead of POM on the Neptune 4) and a metal top beam, which increases its stability and print accuracy.
3. Extruder: Both models are equipped with a high-performance Direct Drive extruder with dual-gear drive, but the Neptune 4 Pro has an advantage thanks to its light weight – it weighs only 75% of the Neptune 3 Pro extruder.
