Product description
E3D Revo High Flow nozzle 0.8 mm is a high-flow nozzle designed for the E3D RapidChange Revo ecosystem. It utilizes a specially optimized internal geometry that increases the heat transfer area to the filament, thus allowing for significantly higher volumetric flow and faster printing, especially for larger parts and thicker layers.
Unlike older high-flow solutions (e.g., Volcano), Revo High Flow maintains the same external length and form factor as standard Revo nozzles. As a result, there is no need to redesign hotend mounts, fan ducts, or change the Z-offset height – simply swap the nozzle.
Like other Revo nozzles, this variant is supplied as a fully assembled nozzle + heatbreak unit, eliminating problems with hot tightening and the risk of leaks. Swapping is fast, safe, and suitable even for less experienced users.
Key features
- High flow for fast printing – optimized internal geometry increases volumetric filament flow and allows for reduced printing time of large objects.
- Nozzle diameter 0.8 mm – ideal for large and robust parts, functional prototypes, infills, printing with thick layers, or rapid concepts.
- Compatible with all Revo hotends – Revo Micro, Revo Six, Revo Voron, Revo CR, Revo Hemera XS, Revo Prusa MK3/Mini, Revo MicroSwiss NG, Revo Biqu H2 V2, and other ecosystem variants.
- Same form factor as standard Revo – no need to change mounts, fan ducts, or Z-offset; a simple drop-in upgrade.
- Quick tool-free exchange – fully assembled nozzle + heatbreak unit, cold swap without the risk of leaks.
- Brass construction – excellent heat transfer and high-quality print surface when printing common and technical materials without abrasive fiber additives.
- Maximum temperature up to 300 °C – suitable for PLA, PETG, TPU, ASA, ABS, PC-blends, and other standard and advanced filaments in the range up to 300 °C.
- Part of the wide Revo ecosystem – easy transition between standard and high-flow modes by simply swapping the nozzle.
Recommended use
- Fast printing of large-volume models and functional parts
- Printing thicker layers (e.g., 0.4–0.6 mm) for robust and durable prints
- Prototyping and production of parts where printing time is prioritized over extreme detail
- Suitable for printers using the E3D Revo ecosystem and a sufficiently powerful hotend/heater for higher flow
For printing abrasive materials (e.g., with carbon, glass, or metal fibers), it is recommended to use appropriate wear-resistant nozzles from the ObXidian series or other materials, rather than standard brass.

Package contents
- 1× E3D Revo High Flow nozzle 0.8 mm (complete nozzle + heatbreak unit)
Usage notes
- To achieve the maximum benefit of the high-flow nozzle, we recommend:
- adjusting the slicer profile (larger line width, layer height, speed, and flow),
- verifying the heater block power and extruder capability to push material at higher flow rates,
- performing flow rate tests and potentially flow/e-step calibration.
- For printing with fine detail and thin layers, we recommend smaller nozzle diameters (e.g., 0.4 mm) and standard Revo nozzles.
Key features:
- High Flow nozzle for faster printing and higher volumetric material flow
- 0.8 mm diameter ideal for fast printing of large and robust parts
- Full compatibility with the E3D RapidChange Revo ecosystem without the need for mount or fan duct modifications
- Same form factor as standard Revo nozzles – no Z-offset change
- Integrated nozzle and heatbreak in one piece, cold swap, and no risk of leaks
- Brass construction for excellent heat transfer and high-quality print surface
- Maximum temperature up to 300 °C, suitable for a wide range of common and technical filaments
- Easy upgrade from a regular Revo nozzle to high-flow by simply swapping the module
