    Why this plate

    Get two proven surface finishes in one: smooth PET on one side for clean first layers with PLA/TPU and textured PEI on the other side for reliable adhesion with PETG, ABS/ASA and other technical materials. The plate is designed for the dimensions of the Bambu Lab H2 series, so it fits perfectly and fully utilizes the 350 × 320 mm printing area.

    Recommended use

    • PET side (smooth):
      • PLA/PLA‑CF/PLA‑GF and TPU – recommended 45–65 °C on the bed.
    • PEI side (textured):
      • PETG/PETG‑CF – 60–80 °C; use a thin layer of PVA glue for easier release.
      • ABS/ASA – 90–100 °C; glue recommended.
      • PC/PA etc. – according to the material profile, usually 90–110 °C; often with glue.
    Note: The maximum heatbed temperature for the H2 series is 120 °C. Let the plate cool down before removing the print – you will extend the surface life and make model removal easier.

    Maintenance and care

    • Wipe with IPA (isopropyl) after printing and regularly wash with water and detergent; then dry with a seamless cloth.
    • Do not use acetone – it can damage the surfaces.
    • If adhesion on PEI gradually decreases, gentle sanding (approx. 600 grit) and thorough degreasing often restore adhesion.

    What fits on H2

    • The plate overhang of 355 × 325 mm was designed to ensure stable magnetic holding and full coverage of the usable H2 printing area (350 × 320 mm) for single‑ and dual‑nozzle modes.

    Tips for the best first layer

    • Carefully degrease the plate before first use (dish soap + warm water, then IPA) and calibrate the first layer.
    • For PETG and "sticky" materials, use a thin layer of PVA glue on the PEI side for easier release and surface protection.
