The Creality K2 SE Combo is an open-frame CoreXY 3D printer supplied with the CFS system for working with up to four filaments. It enables you to print multicolor models, combine model and easy-to-remove support material, or automatically continue with another spool.

Four filament slots

CFS feeds material into the printer from four separate slots and supports automatic RFID identification for original Creality spools. The system monitors filament runout and tangling and can continue from another suitably configured spool when a spool is used up. For multicolor printing, the model must be prepared in Creality Print 6.0 or newer.

Fast and rigid CoreXY construction

The metal frame with reinforcements limits vibration during fast movements. The printer reaches a maximum speed of 500 mm/s and acceleration of up to 20 000 mm/s², while the manufacturer recommends a speed of around 300 mm/s for an optimal surface finish. The 220 x 215 x 245 mm build volume is suitable for standard functional parts, models, and multicolor decorations.

Automatic preparation and protection of the print job

Automatic leveling measures only the area in which the specific model will be printed. The direct dual-gear extruder and hotend up to 300 °C support PLA, PETG, and PLA-CF. The printer can resume a job after a power outage and, in the event of a partial object failure, allows the problematic piece to be skipped without stopping the rest of the build plate.

Materials for CFS

CFS is suitable for PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PET, and PLA-CF. It is not intended for TPU, moist BVOH or PVA, or deformed cardboard spools. When combining model and support materials, always verify their mutual temperature compatibility.

The Combo set contains the K2 SE printer and a separate CFS unit. The package dimensions therefore correspond to the complete set, not the printer itself.
