Creality Falcon T1 UV 5W uses a 355 nm UV laser for very fine marking of heat-sensitive materials. It is suitable for plastic, acrylic, glass, crystal, ceramics, PU leather, and cardboard, where it can create small text, graphics, and precise surface structures with less heat impact on the surrounding area.

0,014 mm spot for fine details

The UV module has the smallest spot in the Falcon T1 range. In addition to surface engraving, it also supports internal marking of transparent materials. For this work, the manufacturer supplies a special F-Theta lens and holder; the internal engraving area is 70 x 70 mm, while the standard working area is 175 x 175 mm.

Galvo speed and automatic calibration

The working speed reaches up to 10 000 mm/s. The HD camera helps with object positioning, and the system calibrates itself automatically after the module is replaced. Automatic focusing sets the working distance without manual measurement.

Precise UV 5W configuration

This SKU contains the UV 5W module. Other T1 modules are purchased separately and can be changed without tools in approximately 15 seconds. The UV module is not a replacement for a powerful diode for cutting thick wood; its main strengths are fine marking and working with transparent or heat-sensitive surfaces.

The enclosed design meets Class 1 requirements during standard operation. When using a raised stand, conveyor, or another mode with the cover open, the prescribed personal and area protection must be added.
