Creality Falcon T1 Fiber 20W is an enclosed galvo station designed for engraving metals and selected plastics. The fiber laser with a wavelength of 1 064 nm is suitable for permanent marking of stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, brass, copper, iron, gold, and silver.

Fine marking and deeper relief

The 0,05 mm spot size enables the creation of small text, serial numbers, QR codes, logos, and surface structures. The module can also be used for deeper engraving and relief. The working area is 175 x 175 mm and the positioning accuracy is ± 0,01 mm.

Fast galvo system with camera

The beam is guided by galvo mirrors at speeds of up to 10 000 mm/s. The HD camera helps with graphic placement, while automatic focusing sets the working distance. After replacing the module, the system performs recognition and adjusts the optical and working parameters.

Fiber 20W module in the T1 platform

This configuration includes a 20W fiber module. Diode, UV, and MOPA modules are sold separately and can be replaced without tools in approximately 15 seconds. Replacing the module itself does not increase the machine's working area.

The Class 1 design includes safety shutdown when opened, an emergency button, and monitoring of smoke, temperature, and flame. When operating with the cover open or with special accessories, additional protective measures must be used.
