Creality Falcon T1 Diode 40W is an enclosed galvo laser station for fast engraving and cutting of organic materials. The 40W diode is designed for users who, in addition to marking, regularly process thicker wood, MDF, leather, or opaque acrylic.

Higher cutting performance on a 175 x 175 mm work area

The manufacturer specifies cutting up to 12mm limewood and 10mm opaque acrylic when using suitable materials and settings. The module also supports engraving bamboo, dark glass, ceramics, stainless steel, and surface-treated metals. Cutting results depend on material quality, focus, power, speed, and the number of passes.

Camera, automatic focusing, and galvo movement

The HD camera provides a preview of the work area and helps position graphics accurately. Automatic focusing sets the working distance, while galvo mirrors move the beam at speeds of up to 10 000 mm/s without moving a heavy laser head across the entire work area.

Falcon T1 modular system

After inserting a module, the system recognizes the multi-wavelength control system and adjusts the operating parameters. Tool-free replacement takes approximately 15 seconds. This configuration includes a 40W diode module; other T1 modules are sold separately.

Safety during standard and extended operation

The enclosed machine meets Class 1 requirements and features an open-cover stop, an emergency button, a lock, and monitoring of smoke, temperature, and flame. Class 1 does not apply when using accessories that require an open cover, such as a conveyor or certain rotary assemblies.
