Creality Falcon T1 Diode 20W is an enclosed galvo laser station for fast engraving of wood, acrylic, leather, MDF, bamboo, ceramics, and coated metals. The 20-watt diode module combines a fine beam with enough power to cut thinner sheet materials.

20W diode for engraving and lighter cutting

The 175 x 175 mm working area is suitable for labels, gifts, decorations, and small production runs. The manufacturer states that, with the correct settings, it can cut up to 8mm lime wood and 6mm opaque acrylic. The actual result depends on the material, focus, speed, and number of passes.

Galvo speed and precise positioning

Fast mirrors deflect the beam, allowing a working speed of up to 10,000 mm/s. The HD camera displays the working area, helps with design placement, and supports quick calibration after module replacement. Automatic focusing shortens the setup time for objects of different heights.

One platform for five laser types

The T1 detects the installed module and adjusts the working distance, area, power, and speed. Tool-free replacement takes approximately 15 seconds. This configuration includes a 20W diode module; the Diode 40W, Fiber 20W, UV 5W, and MOPA 60W modules are purchased separately.

Enclosed Class 1 safety

The enclosure is complemented by a safety stop when opened, an emergency button, a key lock, and monitoring of temperature, smoke, and flames. Class 1 applies to standard enclosed operation. When using a conveyor or rotary attachment with the enclosure open, personal protection and appropriate workplace safety measures must be added.
