Creality Ender-3 V3 Mega is a large-format FDM 3D printer with an exceptional build volume of 420 × 420 × 420 mm, speeds of up to 500 mm/s, and automatic calibration. The optimized direct-drive extruder can also handle very soft TPU 85A–95A filaments, making it ideal for large prototypes, cosplay, flexible parts, custom manufacturing, and print farms.
Creality Ender-3 V3 Mega offers a generous build volume of 420 × 420 × 420 mm, allowing large models to be produced in one piece. This helps reduce splitting, gluing, and subsequent finishing when printing helmets, props, covers, prototypes, decorations, or functional components.
With a maximum speed of up to 500 mm/s and acceleration of up to 8 000 mm/s², it can efficiently handle even large printing tasks. The rigid aluminum construction and die-cast heated bed help maintain stability during rapid movement and long production cycles.

The motion system offers a maximum printing speed of 500 mm/s, a typical speed of around 300 mm/s, and acceleration of up to 8 000 mm/s². High performance helps shorten the production time of large models, while the aluminum gantry and robust construction support precise and stable printhead movement.
The improved Sprite direct-drive extruder uses modified feed gears and a short filament path. This gives the soft material less room to deform or become stuck before entering the hotend.
The printer is optimized for stable processing of flexible TPU filaments with a hardness of 85A to 95A. In addition to standard PLA and PETG materials, it enables the production of flexible wearable parts, inserts, vibration dampers, protective components, seals, and custom products.
Automatic bed leveling simplifies preparation before printing and helps create a consistent first layer across the entire large build surface. The printer also offers detection of running out of or tangled filament and an automatic material resume function, reducing the risk of interruptions during long printing tasks.
The Ender-3 V3 Mega supports optional Creality CFS and CFS nano systems. After adding a compatible system, filament changes can be automated and the printer expanded for multicolor or multimaterial production. The system is not included as standard with the standalone printer.
The model supports file transfers via USB, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet. The Creality Print software is designed for model preparation, while connection to Creality Cloud services enables remote management of printing tasks. A compatible camera can optionally be added for remote monitoring of the printing process.
