Blue laser and infrared light (NIR)
CR-Scan Raptor integrates an innovative combination of blue laser and infrared light sources, covering scanning of small, medium, and large objects, meeting the requirements of various industrial 3D scanning scenarios.
7 laser lines, metrological accuracy
7 parallel blue laser lines for fine detail scanning, individual laser line is as fine as 0,1 mm, allowing for sharper and clearer edges of the point cloud. Metrological accuracy, in blue laser scanning mode accuracy up to 0,02 mm can be achieved.
High-speed scanning beyond your expectations
Infrared Structured Light Scanning
Markerless scanning. CR-Scan Raptor uses speckle matching 3D imaging, meaning markers are not needed for richly structured objects. Objects can be scanned quickly and directly.
Unique algorithm for face and body scanning
Face and body mode is equipped with a unique face mapping algorithm that captures more detail. Human body scanning takes only 2 minutes.
Advanced temperature compensation algorithm
Improves temperature stability and ensures accuracy.
Universal scanning for all sizes
Combined linear lasers and infrared structured light allow CR-Scan Raptor to scan objects in sizes from 5
55 mm³ up to 2000x
2000x2000 mm³. Effortlessly scans small figures, screws, faces, human bodies, automotive parts, and more.
Anti-shaking for smooth scanning
CR-Scan Raptor is equipped with One-Shot 3D imaging technology, ensuring natural stability and less likelihood of tracking loss. Fast feedback ensures smoother handheld scanning.
Scanning black/metallic objects without sprays
Even without using scanning spray, cars, car parts, tires, and other black/metallic objects can be scanned to obtain the desired model effect.
24-bit full-color scanning
Thanks to 12 circular LEDs for textures, it can increase the brightness of color mapping in dark environments and faithfully present the colors of objects.
Quiet scanning in various environments
Dual-color circular LED textures can help achieve more realistic scanning results.
Intuitive experience
Circular light indicator provides real-time feedback on scanning status; combined with buttons, it offers convenient and easy operation.
Lightweight and portable, one-handed operation
Lightweight (372g), which effectively reduces fatigue during long-term work.
High-precision tempered glass calibration plate
Using a calibration plate with a high-precision glass substrate for accuracy calibration allows the scanner to maintain high precision.
