Installation and tips

• The heating element and thermistor are inserted into the hotend heater block and secured with the original pressure clip (clip not included; use the existing one).
• For best heat transfer, apply a thin layer of thermal paste designed for hotends between the ceramic element and the block.
• Handle the thermistor with extra care (fine lead, not in a metal cartridge).

Warnings

• After replacement, check the wiring and perform a heating test without filament.
• Always install with power disconnected and according to the manufacturer’s service instructions.
