Basic Properties

Installation

1. Turn off the printer and let the bed cool down completely.
2. Remove the original flexible plate and, if necessary, the old magnetic base.
3. Carefully clean the surface of the heated bed from adhesive residue and dirt.
4. Peel off the protective film from the new magnetic base and carefully apply it to the clean bed.
5. Place the flexible steel plate – the magnet will hold it in place.
6. Perform a new first-layer calibration (Z-offset / mesh bed leveling) to match the new surface.

Maintenance

• keep the print surface clean, ideally using isopropyl alcohol
• avoid harsh scraping with metal tools
• for materials with strong adhesion (PETG, TPU), use suitable release agents or lower bed temperatures as recommended to prevent damage to the PEI layer
