High-quality brass nozzle with MK8 thread suitable for printing 1.75 mm wide filament. The nozzle is part of the print head (extruder) that determines how detailed your print will be. By using a nozzle with a smaller orifice, you achieve finer printing, but at the same time, the total printing time increases significantly. The most commonly used is the 0.4 mm diameter nozzle. The brass nozzle has excellent thermal conductivity and good mechanical properties and is therefore suitable for most types of thermoplastic materials (ABS, PLA, ASA, PET, PC, Nylon, ...), only in case of using materials with higher abrasion (plastic with an admixture of metal fibers, glitter, metal materials, etc.), we recommend using a steel nozzle. After screwing the nozzle onto the hotend, we recommend heating the print head to operating temperature (approximately 230 °C) and tightening the nozzle while hot to prevent leaks.
