Recommended settings (indicative):

• Nozzle temperature: approx. 220–240 °C
• Bed temperature: approx. 35–45 °C
• Printing speed: rather lower (e.g., 20–40 mm/s) for stable flow of TPU 85A
• Fan: medium to higher, depending on geometry (higher for bridges)
• Retraction: shortened and slower to prevent clogging

Tips for Successful TPU 85A Printing

• Use a direct extruder or a very well-tuned bowden system
• Reduce speeds and accelerations to achieve smooth material flow
• Ensure smooth spool unwinding, without sharp changes in resistance
• Store filament in a dry place (sealable container with silica gel) – TPU is hygroscopic and absorbs moisture
