Bambu Lab PLA Tough+ Gray 1kg – Refill is a highly durable next-generation PLA filament developed specifically for Bambu Lab 3D printers, but fully usable in other FDM printers with a filament diameter of 1.75 mm.

PLA Tough+ combines the ease of printing of classic PLA with durability and toughness comparable to ABS. This makes it ideal for functional parts that must withstand impact, bending, repeated stress, or drops – where ordinary PLA easily becomes brittle and cracks.

This Refill (without spool) variant is designed for use with reusable Bambu Lab spools. It minimizes plastic waste, saves space and shipping costs, and is fully compatible with the AMS/AMS 2 Pro automatic filament exchange system.

Printing Recommendations

Basic Settings

• Filament diameter: 1.75 mm
• Nozzle temperature: approx. 220–250 °C
• Bed temperature: approx. 35–65 °C
• Cooling: on (standard cooling for PLA)
• Recommended printing speed: up to 300 mm/s (suitable profiles in Bambu Studio / slicer)

For best results, we recommend using:

• original "Bambu PLA Tough+" profile in Bambu Studio,
• high-quality print bed (Textured PEI, Smooth PEI, or Cool Plate with separation glue),
• dry filament storage (sealed container with desiccant).
