Bambu Lab Eddy Sensor for P2S (FAC155) is an original eddy current filament flow sensor for the Bambu Lab P2S printer. It enables active real-time flow calibration, increases extrusion accuracy, reduces the risk of under-/over-extrusion, and ensures consistent print quality even in demanding models. Ideal as a spare part or for quick replacement during servicing.

The original Bambu Lab Eddy Sensor (manufacturer code FAC155) is a special eddy current sensor located between the extruder and hotend of the Bambu Lab P2S printer. It is used for active real-time filament flow calibration, helping to achieve maximally precise and consistent extrusion.
By measuring changes in filament pressure and movement, the sensor allows the printer to automatically adjust the flow according to current conditions – material, print speed, or model geometry. The result is clean details, sharp edges, and even layers without under-extruded areas and unsightly blobs.
Bambu Lab Eddy Sensor is an eddy current sensor that:
This is especially important with the P2S, which operates at high speeds and uses advanced flow control algorithms. A properly functioning Eddy Sensor is key to unlocking the printer’s full potential.
(Manufacturer code: FAC155, often also listed as BL-FAC155.)
Note: According to the manufacturer, this specific Eddy Sensor model is intended exclusively for the P2S. Different sensor variants exist for other Bambu Lab printers (e.g. H2D/H2S).
(Screws and mounting hardware may be part of the printer or other service kits – always follow the current official Bambu Lab manual.)
