Filter for cleaner FDM 3D printer operation

Alveo3D P4D-R is a compact replacement filter for filtration systems in FDM 3D printers. It combines HEPA H14 media with activated carbon, helping to capture ultrafine particles and reduce odors and volatile organic compounds generated when printing technical filaments.

The P4D-R model is designed for suction mode: the fan draws air through the filter before it passes through the fan. It is therefore suitable for enclosed boxes and custom filtration setups where air from the printing area needs to be cleaned.

Handle the filter with care during replacement. Damage to the white pleated part can reduce filtration efficiency. For a saturated filter, use protective gloves and dispose of it as consumable filter material according to local regulations.
