AESUB Blue 400 ml is a universal vanishing 3D scanning spray, developed by specialists in optical digitization. After spraying, it creates a matte white, very thin and homogeneous layer, which ensures ideal conditions for optical 3D scanning even for problematic surfaces – glossy, dark, transparent, textured or very complex. After scanning is complete, the layer evaporates (sublimates) on its own within a few hours, so no subsequent cleaning of the scanned object or workplace is required. AESUB Blue does not contain pigments, which minimizes the risk of contamination of sensitive areas, measuring equipment or delicate parts.

Instructions for Use (brief)

1. Preparation:
   • Shake the can well before use.
   • Ensure that the scanned part is dry and free of coarse dirt and grease.
2. Spray Application:
   • Hold the spray roughly 15–20 cm from the surface.
   • Apply in a continuous motion in thin layers until the object gains a uniform matte white surface.
   • If necessary, use several very thin layers instead of one thick one.
3. Scanning:
   • Start scanning after the layer has dried briefly.
   • Utilize the time window of approx. 1–2 hours, when the layer is stable and suitable for measurement.
4. After Scanning:
   • The spray evaporates itself, no cleaning or rinsing is required.
   • The surface of the object returns to its original state (assuming material compatibility with the spray – always test on an inconspicuous spot).
