3DPower Hyper PCTG – White is a higher-performance alternative to standard PETG. It combines high impact strength, dimensional stability, and strong bonding between individual layers. It is therefore suitable not only for prototypes, but also for structural parts, covers, holders, and other components subjected to long-term stress.

The material has low shrinkage and can be printed without a heated chamber. Its optimized composition supports stable printing across a wide speed range from 40 to 300 mm/s, making the filament suitable for both standard and modern high-speed FDM/FFF printers.

Recommended print settings

Adjust the specific settings according to the printer design, nozzle used, speed, and model geometry. At very high print speeds, it may be necessary to use the upper end of the recommended temperature range.

Storage and drying

To maintain a clean surface and stable extrusion, store the filament in a dry place and in a well-sealed package. If the material absorbs moisture, drying at 70–80 °C for 4–12 hours is recommended. Properly dried filament reduces cracking during extrusion, stringing, and surface defects.
