    Why buy from us

Size, performance, and first-layer confidence – Tronxy VEHO 800 Pro (1.75mm)

The Tronxy VEHO 800 Pro is a robust large-format FDM 3D printer with a gigantic 800×800×800 mm build volume. Thanks to the Klipper firmware, it delivers high speeds, precise motion control, and remote management, making it ideal for rapid prototyping, art installations, and small-batch production of large parts.

    Key benefits for professional printing

    • Huge 800×800×800 mm build volume for single-piece parts without gluing.
    • Klipper firmware – fast processing, higher quality at higher speeds.
    • Up to 300 mm/s and acceleration up to 10,000 mm/s² for rapid production.
    • Direct drive extruder with dual gears for reliable feeding, including flexible materials.
    • All‑metal hotend with ceramic heating up to 320 °C – ready for engineering filaments.
    • 4 independent Z motors (Quadruple Z Tilt) + Z ball screws – automatic tilt compensation for a perfect first layer.
    • Linear rails on the X/Y/Z axes for smooth, rigid, and precise motion.
    • 7" capacitive touchscreen for quick setup.
    • Network connectivity (Wi‑Fi/RJ45) and USB – print from PC, NAS, or via the web interface.

    Engineered for reliability

The foundation is a rigid aluminum frame with linear rails on all axes and Z drive via ball screws. Automatic leveling with bed tilt compensation makes setup a matter of a few clicks and saves time on every print. The all‑metal, easily removable printhead with a ceramic heater heats up quickly and maintains a stable temperature up to 320 °C. For large surfaces, a silicone heated bed is used; tempered glass is standard, with optional spring steel with a PEI surface.

    Materials and recommendations

The printer is designed for both common and engineering materials: PLA, PETG, ABS/ASA, TPU, PA (nylon), or PC. For materials sensitive to drafts and temperature stability (ABS/ASA/PC/PA), we recommend adding an enclosure for a consistent environment and minimal warping.

    Verified parameters (selection)

    • Build volume 800×800×800 mm; max. speed 300 mm/s; acceleration 10,000 mm/s².
    • Klipper firmware; 7" touchscreen; connectivity USB, USB‑B, Wi‑Fi, and RJ45.
    • Hotend up to 320 °C; silicone heated bed, glass by default, PEI optional.
    • Standard nozzle 0.6 mm; compatible 0.4/0.8/1.0/1.2/1.5/2.0 mm.
    • Supported materials (examples): PLA/ASA/PETG/PA/TPU/PC; bed up to 100 °C.
    • Approximate machine size 1040×1103×1211 mm; weight ~70.5 kg.

Note: The listed maximum speed is a technical maximum; recommended working speeds and resulting print quality depend on model geometry, nozzle, material, and slicer profile.
